As a member of our Marketing organization, The Account Coordinator will assist with the creation of sales and technical documentation while handling multiple projects in a fast paced environment. As a valued partner across our business, this position plays a key role in our company’s success. This role will participate in a variety of sales and delivery responsibilities including the writing of Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Statements of Work (SOW). This position will be located in our home office in Rockford, IL. Travel is only required when supporting customer activities or onsite training.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with our pre-sales team to help understand how our solutions can provide value to a given customer and help drive those initiatives
Collaborate with management and engineers to draft, review, negotiate, finalize, and assist in achieving approval for new proposals, statements of work, and respond to RFP/RFI documents
Prepare statements of work that will be used to present a solution to the customer to win the sale
Manage the complexity of IT Service Management and ServiceNow related proposals, contracts, SaaS agreements, and service level agreements
Understand business objectives, projects and problem statements of our prospects and customer
Assist in the movement of documents in the Legal Review process (NDA, MSA, CIP, etc.)
Assist Marketing with various sales related tasks and keep calendar up-to-date with scheduled activities
Qualifications
ServiceNow Pre-Sales Accreditations in all product lines
Proven ability to communicate with all levels of the organization including technical levels, mid-level management, leadership, and executives
Understanding and real-world application of a holistic view of maturity including: People, Process, and Product/Technology
Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration
Experience and demonstrated ability to promote and lead positive change in the organization
Strong organization and facilitation skills to drive the execution of assigned work and organization strategies
Experience in contract creation and contract management
Is self-motivated / self-directed – capable of multi-tasking and accepting change both in tasks and schedule
Ability to handle and overcome objections in both a pre-sales and sales context
Intrinsically curious and passionate about researching current and emerging trends in IT and specific industries

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Computer Science or Information Technology, and proven experience in project management and contracts.
